Deal Registration & Quoting Process
1, Become a Registered SPIFF Reseller
To qualify for SPIFF rewards, two steps must be completed:

Step 1: Register as an official SPIFF Reseller.
This allows us to track your deals internally and prioritize resources to our registered sales reps. -
Step 2: Register each SPIFF Deal.
Only deals registered through the official SPIFF Deal Registration Form will qualify for rewards.
Quotes not tied to a registered SPIFF deal are not eligible for any payout.
✅ Referral Bonus: Registered sales reps can refer their colleagues to join the SPIFF program and help each other grow.
2, Quote Request Process Link

You’ll first receive a personal quote including SPIFF (for your reference).
Once confirmed, we will send an official reseller quote excluding SPIFF for client use.
3, Salesperson Identity Verification
After each SPIFF Deal registration, our team will reach out to verify:

Your understanding of the SPIFF program

Your active engagement in the deal

✅ Who Is Eligible for SPIFF?

If you’re selling directly to end users, you are eligible.
-
If you’re selling to another reseller, you’re also eligible—as long as you’re driving the deal.

If you’re a distributor or brand-side sales rep supporting an opportunity, you’re still eligible, as long as you register it first and remain involved.
⚠️ Important Notes on Deal Ownership & SPIFF Eligibility
To ensure fairness and clarity, please carefully review the following rules regarding SPIFF payout eligibility:

Only One SPIFF Per Deal
Only one sales rep will be rewarded per deal. The payout goes to the person who:

First registers the opportunity via our official form

Actively supports and advances the opportunity toward closing

First-Come, First-Claimed Basis
-
If multiple people register the same deal, priority goes to the first valid submission.

Our team will verify timestamps and engagement level to confirm the rightful owner.

Internal Sharing is Optional
-
While SPIFF is officially issued to the original registrant, they are free to share the reward with team members or collaborators at their own discretion.

No Double Rewards

Duplicate claims will not be honored.

Ensure deal registration is done clearly and early to secure eligibility.
